CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY

Any attempt to change the delivery address or redirect your parcel after it has been dispatched is at your own risk. Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels where a customer has requested a delivery address change while their order is in transit, this includes a request for delivery to a collection point. If you choose to redirect your parcel to a DPD collection point there may be a delay of at least 24 hours, so choosing this option or 'leave in a safe place' is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to goods that means you are unable to collect them in person on the date you specified in your calendar.

RETURNS

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, please return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products only (less shipping and handling). Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim.
If you choose to return, for credit, an unopened, unused item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product and deducted from your return.
