Dehesa Dos Hermanas Semi-Soft Raw Sheep's Milk Cheese is a remarkable, semi-cured cheese aged for 3 months. Known for its surprisingly intense flavor and tender yet firm, creamy texture, this cheese is made with high-quality ingredients, including a rind crafted from olive oil, which adds to its unique character.
Produced at the Dehesa Dos Hermanas farm in Santa Bárbara de Casa, Huelva, using traditional methods, the cheese is made from final lactation milk from Lacaune breed sheep. After a brine bath, it is carefully aged to develop its outstanding flavor. The farm, one of the largest in Europe, produces some of the finest sheep cheeses in Andalucía and is the first to receive the animal welfare certificate from AENOR.
The cheese's intense and persistent taste, combined with its creamy texture, pairs perfectly with nuts, Spanish honey, membrillo quince paste, gourmet jams, and a glass of red wine. It has received notable recognition, including a Silver Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2021/2022 and a Bronze Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2018/2019.

All orders received before 2:00 PM can be shipped the same day (Mon-Fri) unless a specific future date is selected using the drop down calendar on our website's cart page.
CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY
Any attempt to change the delivery address or redirect your parcel after it has been dispatched is at your own risk. Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels where a customer has requested a delivery address change while their order is in transit, this includes a request for delivery to a collection point. If you choose to redirect your parcel to a DPD collection point there may be a delay of at least 24 hours, so choosing this option or 'leave in a safe place' is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to goods that means you are unable to collect them in person on the date you specified in your calendar.
In what circumstances can my order be canceled?
Orders may be canceled up until 10 AM the day prior to the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions apply). For example, if you are expecting your order on Friday, you may cancel your order without any charges if you do so by 10 AM that Thursday (the day prior)
How to Return my Items?
All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, please return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products only (less shipping and handling). Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim.
If you choose to return, for credit, an unopened, unused item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product and deducted from your return.
